What is Tenancy Support?

 

Tenancy Support is a Service to enable people to maintain their tenancy or to access appropriate housing.

 

The tenancy support service offers:

 

*      Help with budgeting.

 

*      Assistance on general housing issues, such as housing repairs, which are the landlord’s responsibility.

 

*      Support if you are threatened with eviction.

 

*      Information about other services

 

 

 

Who can access the service?

 

People with mental/emotional health issues which could include mild to moderate depression, post natal depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, grief reaction, low self esteem, low self worth, lack of confidence.

 

The Tenancy Support Service is provided only within the Borough of Bridgend
