Mental Health Matters Wales currently operates Wellbeing Drop-in Hubs in three venues over four days within Bridgend County Borough.

MHM Wales’ Wellbeing Hubs provide a drop-in community resource where people with emotional health issues can talk to others who may have had similar experiences.

There is a weekly programme of events activities, speakers and workshops, see link below.

One to One support is available, and staff can signpost to local health services and facilities.

Being in a state of wellbeing means being physically, mentally and emotionally well.

To achieve this we need a healthy balance in all aspects of our lives.

This can be difficult sometimes because of negative things happening in our lives.

If you are concerned about aspects of your wellbeing and want some information, please

call in to one of our wellbeing hubs.

Alternatively Email: community@mhmwales.org for more information
